6650 - touch keys problem

Hello. I recently got used nokia 6650 fold and i noticed that touch keys are not responding as it should (1 on 30 or so tryes is succesful ). I don't know what should i do with it - warranty is still valid, but i don't want to use warranty before i'm not sure that i have to. Did anyone had similiar problems with this model ? Maybe i should just open it and clean it ? i know i will loose warranty then, but i read that the authorized service in my city often returns scratched phones. I hope someone experienced this problems with 6650 and can give me any advice. Thanks!

 

ps. i just noticed that volume up and down keys are very laggy when used on external display. They work fine on internal screen. i think those two problems would have same solution, but i might be wrong. Please Help.
