5700 slide switch problem

ok i'm kinda new so bear with me, i have a 5700xm and i'm a bit more than carefree when it comes to using it, sooo...
i broke it now it needs a bit of love and care problem is i'm kinda lost as what i should:

the part that is *i think it's called 3310* that has two switches on it and it tells tha cellphone when you've twisted tha lower part is broken one of the two switches just broke and now the twist motion is pointless as it displays no more the camera, nothing.

it's as if i didn't even twisted the lower part of it.

i would really apreciate if someone with more intell on this problem could tell me where can i order the part.

thanks in advance

Take it to a Nokia Care Point, is the only advice I can give you. They have access to the parts and they can repair the device.

Re: 5700 slide switch problem

already done that the dummies opened the cellphone and said that they have absolutly no idea as what happened, later a week i opened the cellphone and found a 1,5mm black plastic part "glued" to one of the internal sponges that keep dust out, i rececked every part and finally found that it was missing from one of two switches that, activate camera and music mode, i went with the part and they said that they can't find me that part, now i was hopping that someone knew somewhere i could email for it, it's troublesome to figth these windmills
