5130 XpressMusic don't play vids from the PC

hi guys, need help here. my phone won't play vids downloaded from the PC. it will only play its audio & the film icon stays in the middle of the screen, i can see nothing but that icon. it can only play videos from its cam & videos from another phone passed via  bluetooth. . i know its supports it (.3gp file) i thought it'll be ok once i updated the software, but when i tried it just now, its the same thing.. i used the online mediaconverter & local xilisoft converter. the video that i tried to download to my phone is 10 mins long. but i had a video that i got from another phone passed via bluetooth, its 43 mins long and it was ok to play. it just cant play vids from the PC. why is that? can anyone help? thanks a million.
