I am looking for download proper version of OPERA mini web browser on my E72. Can you please help me which version I should download? I did not find proper version from opera website.

I couldn't find a download for the E72 version of Opera mini either, however I suggest you go for Opera mobile instead of opera mini which you can download here:

Opera mobile is meant for more capable phones like the E72 so you get more functionality from it.

I use both Opera Mini 4 and Opera Mini 5 beta and both runs well on E72.  I don't use Opera Mobile 10 beta since it is similar with Opera Mini 5 beta that support tab browser.

Will downloading opera mini browser cause any issues with Nokia's inbuilt browser ? I mean does phone restricting using other browsers other than inbuilt one in E72?

Opera Mini won't cause any conflict with Nokia default browser.  As @dldldl suggested, UCWEB is a very good application if you happen like to download large size file from internet that Opera Mini can't handle.
