transfer contacts of 9300i to E90

Hi,

I have synchronised the contacts of Nokia 9300i to outlook and from outlook to E90, both times it shows the total count of 600, but the issue is for example there is a contact in 9300i naming ' BB & company', now under this there are 8 numbers and each numbers has been assigned with thier respective name of the person. Now after the transfer to E90 the same contact shows only 3 numbers but there are no names of the person. This issue is for many of the contacts that is transfered on E90.Please suggest how can succesfully do all contacts.
