When I try to update my E72 it asks to update "sms ds plugin" but I get the message "certificate may not yet be valid, is expired or phone's date settings may be incorrect".

Anyone knows how to fix?

I don't know the exact answer, but it must be something simple.  If the phone's date and time are correct, are you using an up-to-date version of PC Suite/Ovi Suite, and not an older version from a CD?  (The E72's are fairly new, so maybe this is irrelevant...)  Have you tried rebooting?  Have you tried using Application Manager to remove the existing "SMS DS Plugin"?  (For that matter, you can remove any program that ends with "DS Plugin" and PC/Ovi Suite will reinstall them.)  If all else fails, remove PC/Ovi Suite, download and run PC Suite Cleaner (http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/pc-suites/how-to/nokia-pc-suite-cleaner ), and then reinstall PC/Ovi Suite.  Keep hammering away at it, and something is bound to give!
