smart phones constant restart/crash

I have an e63 and I along with others have had this annoying problem of the phone restarting itself or just turning itself off.

I'm thinking of a new angle. Is anyone familiar with microwave signals? I saw a CSI episode that made me think of this because my phone always restarts on the several locations almost consistently.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on this.

Most microwave antennes Are fairly big and would be pretty high up for line of site over longer distances,  so you would probably be able to notice it so it should be easy to see if there is one nearby when you have troubles.  Or maybe experiment with putting the phone on or in a microwave oven :smileyhappy: I would recomend a older/cheap phone for that though

Re: smart phones constant restart/crash

Yes, they are fairly big. and I do see a lot of them in the metropolis. I'm just curios if they could somehow cause the phone to restart or turn off.

I was about to stick my phone in the microwave when my son stopped me. apparently, he's more sensible.
