problems with Nokia in India

Does anyone have the email id of Mr. Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo; I had bought the E61 and then after facing problems with the handset, bought the E61i and that too does not function properly. The India office of Nokia doesn't help at all and I would like to send an email to Nokia's CEO, Mr. Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo...
It will be great if you can help me with this.

thanks and regards,

Hi Sandeshadvani,

Just a suggestion, perhaps you can browse on the Contact Us icon and find the nearest service center or get their email address.
Tell the problems and all the details, and I am sure they will reply with some advice.

Hope it would help.

Re: problems with Nokia in India

1. Locate all the documentation re: the problems you faced - bills, printouts of any email etc.

2. File a complaint at your local consumer forum. They have a standard form to fill and it's very

easy. Make sure that you inform the local Nokia store that you've been interacting with so that they

have a chance to see the error of their ways.  Make sure that you know the names of the staff who you've been interacting with. Make sure that they know that you know their names and that you're going to name them in the complaint. (Be polite at all times.)

I've found that just the threat of filing a complaint usually gets you better attention.

Re: problems with Nokia in India

Hi,

Please note that the Nokia Support Discussions is meant as a meeting place for Nokia product owners to discuss Nokia products, ask for assistance from other phone owners and help others by providing solutions.

In other words, these forums are for user-to-user support only. You will not receive an official Nokia response here.

The moderators are only here to moderate and we will not be able to provide any assistance.

If you would like to receive official word from Nokia, you can use the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page and then, select your country in the section "Call or Email Nokia Care".

Regards,
Concordia
