         i was updating the software for nokia e90 ,during updating i dont know how it trun off. i am trying to trun on it

but it wont plz help me in this matter

It is normal for your phone to turn off during the update. You should've waited for it to turn on by itself. Try the steps mentioned in this thread:

If nothing works out, your only hope is a Nokia Care Point, as pointed out in the post.

Hi, I guess you should have heed the warnings before taking actions yourself, if you have disconnected the device or attempted to power up the phone before completing the update & cause it not to start up again, then you have no alternative but to contact a Nokia care centre, good luck.

I have tried about 20 times to update my E90 to the latest FW, and it always fails. However, during the failed updates, I always have to remove the battery once the connection has been lost; this may be what has happened in this case.

Hi bg22, what is the initial cause of your handset not being able to update FW? Is it the most recent FW or has been like this since previous FWs? I never experienced this problem myself, but I need to remove the battery when the screen freezes.

Trying to restart the device during update is always a risky action, always heed the warning of caution when engaged in this process. Are you finally able to update FW after 20 tries?
