Hi
i intended to buy E65 and i wanna know if its face made of stainless steel or not .. coz i am afraid that it may be dameged after a while and its pretty face became not pretty anymore ?

The matt area on the face and around the keypad is some form of metal but it's prone to scuffs and scratches.

The glossy area's are plastic and very easy to scratch.

The casing is plastic that has a soft leather feel.

I'm a little disappointed with just how easy it is to scuff as I've kept it in the supplied pouch.

I've haven't had any problems with mine (apart from scuffs) and like it lots. I do recommend that you get a case for it.

sorry for using your post, I have a E65 too.

I have to say that it is indeed a very good phone, has a great feel (in your hand), like no other I've ever had, it's stylish and so... but mine is getting a little scratched in the shiny frame around the keypad.
I realise it's because of the slider, the front cover "forces" a little the bottom of the frame, thus getting it a little scratched.

Well, but the phone isn't intended to last for 100 years without a scratch just wears normally as any other phone would.
