I just wanna know if there's any application that i can download to my E7 that Will open .emc files on my mobile?

Unfortunately not as has neither Windows, Mac nor Linux OS required by Striata Reader.

If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white star at bottom right of screen would always be appreciated.

Hi, when may we expect to receive the reader for .emc files, is there any development in progress to support these files extentions or an alternative supporting applications ?

.Emc files are a proprietary format, meaning that any such program would likely have to come from Striata themselves.  According to http://www.striata.com/download-the-striata-reader.html , they don't currently make readers for any mobile phones.  It would be best to pose your question to them.
