e72 account deactivated

I used my nokia e72 I set  up email and everything was ok.

Then I changed the SIM card , I received message from nokia tells me that the phone has transfered to another person and you can not receive or send mail using nokia account?

 

anyone knows a program replacing nokia account or something to help?

can I create a new account using the new SIM card?

Anyone have any idea
