e71 podcasting problem

i've tried subscribing to several podcasts but none of them has actually worked except for the Nokia 'The way we live next' one. I can enter a url (i.e. learnwelshpodcast.co.uk) but nothing happens when i click on them. According to the instruction book there should be a lot more options in the options menu. I'd really like to get a couple of these podcasts. Any tips?
