Today i use nokia suite and back up somethings and want rr my software in my phone.Back up went successful after that software start installing and suddenly disconnect my usb connection.Now when i try to swich on,my phone frist vibrate then just black screen.

you can try the hard reset and see if it works.Press the call, * and 3 button simultaneosly until the nokia shaking hand logo appears.You will lose all your phone data but atleast the phone would be operational. Hope it helps.

When update process fails in this way with "black screen" device is left in "flash mode" and is recoverable by any Nokia Care Point.

Three key depressed power on reset requires device to be off to start with and I am not sure that it kicks device out of this mode.
