my battery only lasts for about 2 hours, i bought a new one, but didn't change anything, does anyone know what this is all about? please help me, thanks

Are you using a genuine Nokia BP-4L 3.7V 1500mAh battery?

yes, both batteries i have used are original and new, so that means its not the battery. could it be the soft?or what? thanks for de reply
