I have bought a new E63 recently. The issue is my E63 restarts automatically while using it for surfing the internet on the PC or using nokia's Internet radio.  I have activated the GPRS service from IDEA and i am using it on the mobile phone as well as on the PC. But my mobile phone restarts after 5-10 minutes while using the internet connected through the mobile phone on PC. I am facing this problem all the times whether i connect through the data cable or through the bluetooth. My friend is also facing the same problem as he is also having the same Handset. i have also visited to Nokia service center ..They formated  two times...and whether i use memory card or not...the problem still persist.....The phone gives me very high downloading speed 20kBs to 30 kBS .....but restarts after 5-10 mins. ...i think internal modem overheats....or some bug in firm ware...( i have latest updated firmware (500.21.009. 02-06-2010 RM-437 )

Same problem being faced with me. Am using it on the Airtel network.

The phone just shuts off automatically (does not restart). Sometimes this happens when I am using a data intensive apps (Skype), sometime just randomly. Have taken it to the Nokia service center and all they have to say is that "there is a software problem". after which they promptly proceed to delete everything from my phone. I have done it twice already (phone is not 6 months old yet) and am frustrated.

Any other users of E63 facing similar problems?

It is also happening with my phone. It just restarts after every 5-10 mins when pc is connected to the internet via phone.
