e63 power saver/screen issue

e63 power saver/screen issue

When I lock my phone, the power saver screen with time and date shows up for appromately 5-10 seconds, then flashes up and disappears all together. This is very frustraiting.

I have hard reset/wiped the phone as had other problems with it.

any help/advice is appreciated. This only started happening when I changed mobile networks.
