i bought a new e63 imported from spain. it had a difference in the keys as compared to the local e63 phones available in the market. i got the phone flashed and a new version software in the phone but the keys wont work as printed on them. e.g. on my keypad question mark sign is with the 'W' button.but when i use try to use it...the designated button of my keypad doesnot work and instead the full stop button which is second next to the space bar puts a question mark in the text. my phone had an original software of yoigo. is there any place where i can find the original software for the phone?

Somebody probably really messed it up. I would say take it to a Nokia service center. It might something wrong with the phone itself too...

I'm a little confused. What is your location now? Original Software from Yoigo? Yoigo is a provider and has nothing to do  with firmware upgrades ( I think). If you used Nokia PC Suite your upgrade is from Nokia. Check your language settings.
