Re: e63 full-screen in Realplayer

It sounds like a bug to me.  Is this video you recorded yourself or downloaded/installed from somewhere else?  Is your firmware up to date?  If there is no newer firmware, the only alternative would be to install a third party video player: CorePlayer, Smartmovie, the freeware Divx player, etc.

Re: e63 full-screen in Realplayer

Please check with Ovi Suite to make sure no newer firmware is available.  If this fixes the problem, it is a free solution.  You may want to do a manual backup of contacts, calendar, etc. ahead of time, just to be safe.

Here are links to the programs I mentioned.  I have not used any of these programs personally, and only the Divx player is free:

SmartMovie:  http://www.lonelycatgames.com/?app=smartmovie

Divx: http://labs.divx.com/MobileDownload

CorePlayer: http://www.corecodec.com/products/coreplayer

I hope that helps!
