I have just updated to Belle.
I can not use my wireless networks anymore: "Connection failed. Access denied"
Both wireless networks worked with Anna, I have tried different security settings to no avail, both wireless networks are active and working fine with my tablet.
Any suggestions?

Hi apnadfx - can you check Wi-Fi settings in your phone? After Nokia Belle update, you need to re-enter Wi-Fi settings (network, security type, password etc) to your phone.

Please, can you direct me as to where I can set the wireless network type, encryption and password? I was only able to find where to input the password.
I thought that I have solved the problem but I was wrong. I still can not associate with the network and I still get the same message that acces is denied.
I have found the advanced settings.
Still no luck. I can not connect to any wireless network. Besides that I can not connect to the packet data nework of my provider despite the fact that I have configured the connection according with the provider's instructions.

The problem it is not solved!
I have reinstalled Belle but to no avail. Iam not allowed to connect to any data carrier or form.
I have found the advanced settings, it is not from there. It might be another setting that I have not discovered yet....
The problem is with the software. I have tried to associate with a wireless network without security at all and I have received the same message: "Connection Failed. Access Denied"

Hi, can you try following:
- Run restore factory settings to your phone (*#7780#)
- After phone has rebooted, restore content from Nokia Suite to your device (Tools -> Restore) and from there, select the latest backup from your phone

i had same problem .. i tried above things didnt work.. what worked for me was restoring back up which was done before installing belle not during installation i hope it help u too.. as i know the frustration you are having..

I can't connect to my wifi either
(worked fine before belle)
Its a BT Hub3 Security is WPA & WPA2 as recomended by BT
I can see the WiFI on phone i click and it asks for Pre-Shared key for WiFi
I enter my key it tries to connect but fails
Tried several times.
Dont want to go back to factory settings I spent hours putting all the settings and apps back i lost as part of upgrade,

Mine working now after last resort i rebooted my Router hub (even though other devices were connecting to it fine)
and all seems fine now weird.

I just updated my E7 to belle, 3G network working properly,
but when it comes to wifi!!! nothing working... i removed the access point million of times and restarted the phone, and even reinstalled the OS again but no luck. is it a bug in belle or iam the one whos not being able to configure my wifi access point? ive done this many times with many platforms..
Please helppppppp my E7 becoming useless ![]()

I have exactly the same problem with E6 after Belle-update. Connecting to a wireless network works but data cannot be transferred. Mobile data is working fine, though.

Nokia C7_Language Portuguese_ With Anna no problem with Wifi, Router is the same but now with Belle no connection with WIFI!!!!!

Hi,
I also had connection issues with WIFI. Solution for me was to reset the Wireless Router/accesspoint.
Did you try that already?
