updated my e6 to Belle 

love it so far

except that i couldn't text / reply my email in "Traditional Chinese"

there's an option for simplified chinese, but i need "Traditional Chinese" for my work

any tips? thanks a lot

Welcome to the Nokia forum.

If you have updated your phone to Belle and lost Traditional Chinese as a result, the language will have been added to your device before or after you bought the phone. A software update will delete any added software off the phone, including a language (you might want to keep this in mind for the future). 

The only way you're able to get Traditional Chinese on your phone ( even if it was on there in Symbian Anna), is to visit a local care centre where they will add the language to your device again. Keep in mind that a care centre will charge you for this, the care centre will be able to tell you how much this will be.

You can find your nearest care centre by visiting your local Nokia web page and clicking on the Support tab.

Thx for your reply but sorry for not accepting that as a solution.
I've currently living in Hong Kong, and my nokia e6 is not a local product. I've phoned nokia care and they said if its not a local product, they wont provide service to my phone.
Is there any way I can get the traditional chinese language back with a software update or any patch i can download?

They will be able to help you at a care centre. However, they don't always do this when the phone isn't bought in the region you're asking support in. It really depends on the care centre itself. It's worth giving a care centre a call, they might be able to help you.

If they can't, the only way to get the language back on your phone is to visit a care centre in the region you bought the phone in, though this might be a little tricky...

i can't just leave my work and take a plane to get my phone fixed...
