I've got a Nokia E63-1 (285.03)   firmware 400.21.013, from 22.10.2009 RM-437, my question is:

Why can't I update my device firmware? I've noticed this is not the last version installed on my E63

updates vary by region and product code and if its locked to a network you may have to wait longer
updates are generally phased out not everybody gets it at once.

I am having firmware 410.21.010 now i think the updated version available is 510.21.010 hope it comes for my product code 0576447 too.

In Romania you will have to wait forever for an official update from operators. I don;t know how Cosmote or Vodaphone are but Orange Romania don't ever bother to issue new update

I had a E51 before and now E6, neither of those had updates from orange
