Hello everyone!

I've used the feature of receiving e-mail directly on my Nokia E71 before and it has worked fine. But now it has been fixed for a keyboard error and i'm trying to reinstall my email so i receive it directly to my phone again.

The problem is: i do get updates on the email i have received, subject titles and number of emails in my screen. However, when i do click on it just as i would have when i have received a sms, it doesnt open. I tried syncing, going online and offline, adding and removing new emailaccounts. It doesnt seem to work. It is my gmail account. How can it recognize that i received email but not show it? Is there something wrong with my settings so it doesn't show me e-mail? It has always worked before!

I would be forever grateful if you could help me reconnect to the world

I have just posted exactly the same problem, only my phone is an e63 and it will not open my texts either... is this a coincidence or have nokia done a update that has knocked everything off??
