Typing a contacts name with the keypad-has stopped

Hi all,

Typing a contacts name with the keypad, while in the home screen normally results in the address book automaticly listing matched names asyou type.

This has stopped.

Any ideas?

What phone do you have? I'm having the same issue with an E63

hadimassa, you might have set it to off. from the option ->,  CONTACT SEARCH OFF on the screen where the contact suggestions used to appear. Butnot sure how to get this options back :smileysad:

The setting is here:

 

Home->Tools->Settings->Phone->Call->Contact Search

My phone is E71. See Rapchilds reply below - worked beautifully.
