Transfering music from I-Tunes

How do I transfer music from I-Tunes to my E90 via PC running Windows XP Home I can't find the way, I'm sure there must be an easy way. Perhaps I thick.

Firstly any music from Itunes will be 'locked' and not play on your phone unless it came from an unlocked source.

Otherwise copy it over using PC suite.
