Hi,

I once bought "Total Recall Call Recorder (TR4.20)" from Killer Mobile Software and installed it on my Nokia E72.

I always thought the other side can not hear the beep. But today my friend asked me why there was beeps when we were talking.

I am wondering how can I make the beep disappeared. According to the website (http://www.killermobile.com/en/applications/symbian-s60/total-recall-s60%10symbian-|-call-recorder.html), "You May Hear a Beep on the Device Side during Call Recording (caller will NOT hear the beep)" on Nokia E72.

Does anyone else have the same problem?

Did I need change the setttings?

Here is the settings on my phone:

Call recording format: AMR

Dictaphone Format: AMR

BeepSuppression: Enable (Adv)

Is it recording the whole of your conversation? On my E72, Total Recall 4.20 stops recording after 4 seconds. Well, the call information reports correct duration of the call but when I try to playback, I get only first 4 sec of the conversation

I'm using the latest 052.005 firmware. If your experience is different, what f/w version are you running? You can check the version by dialing *#0000#

I use VoxTrack instead of Total Recall & it doesn't have any beeps...

@premal: Tried voxtrack but it doesn't record phone conversation at all Do you have E72 or some other phone?

@mtelis : Yes I have E72, have installed VoxTrack Personal, version 1.30(28748), there are beeps on my side but not on other side, have been using it since over a month & no issues...
