recently i have purchasd the E7, i like to know if Symbian anna once released can be downloaded to my E7 or require a Hardware changes?

at the end of august anna will be released, you will be able to update your phone without any hardware changes, that means you may not get anna right away as it might be released gradually to different regions at different times. the roll out is supposedly scheduled for end of august.

Seems if you take your phone to nokia care unit, they will upgrade your Os to anna..

You don't need to visit Nokia care, simply you can update your phone through OVI suite.

Is anna available in your phone via ovi suite?
This is only available for e7 during august end. If you need it now, then you need to take it to nokia center.

I know anna not released yet. .

Anna is release! Infact, i heard new handset (even e7) has anna. But the existing phone needs to wait till aug end for "over the air" update or take it to a nearest nokia center. I will be calling them today and will update this thread....

only new handsets released now in july have the new anna os, the owners of the handsets that bought it prior to this month will have to wait for anna release until the end of august, E7, N8, C7 etc will get their update then.
