I have the Nokia E71x and I bought it about 6 months ago refurbished. A few days ago, I was texting and my phone froze up, and restarted. It did that about three more times, then shut off. I then realized that it works anywhere except my house. However, when I take out the sim card and use the phone in offline mode, it stays on and is functional except I can't, make or receive, texts or calls. What could be causing this? And is there a way it can be fixed?

I am having the same problem.  I bought mine new less than a month ago.  Every now and then I press a button (open navigation or create text etc) and the screen goes dark and says "NOKIA" then acts kinda like it is restarting.

Maybe they have a software update?  Otherwise I'm taking it back before my 30 days are up.

Same situation here except that my phone is an E52 and it happens whenever I try to use the Facebook app. This is a very recent occurrence since before, it was working perfectly.
