Question on Mail ExchangeSynchronisation option

Just got an E72... after some struggle I managed to set up Mail for Exchange and that is so far going well....

I selected for peak time sync always on.... I assumed that it meant that when a new email arrived it would be "pushed" to the nokia by itself.... a bit like a blackberry.... so far does not seem to be the case.

page 9, it should....

Is there something else I should do?

I used to have a E71 which I now use only as my phone when I am in the middle eas and that worked and still works fine....

E72... not so much

any help would be appreciated
