Unfortunately there is only bad news when you drop your phone in water. Even though your phone is currently working, chances are it will slowly deteriorate as the components slowly corrode. Whatever problems you are currently encountering are probably harware related. The best advice I can give you is to backup all the data from your phone and transfer it to another phone while you still can.

Very difficult to tell after ater damage. Is could be a problem with the card reader or a problem with the motherboard. Only way to tell is to get the phone looked at again. Do you know what parts were replaced by the service centre the last time?

Then you will slowly encounter more and more problems with your phone as the electronics corrode. The issue with the memory card is probably due to card reader or mainboard. The service centre will have to check to see which it is and replace as necessary.
Another option would be to try to restore the backup using Ovi Suite. You will need to transfer the backup from the memory card to your pc first and try it from there. This way you bypass the card reader.
