i bought a Nokia E63 a month ago. Everything is fine but recently sound makes a problem. My phone's ringtone, music, video do not make any sound. kep-pad sound is okay.Icheck my profile (General) and configuration is alright.Please help me.

That's a very weird problem.  Did you make any changes to the phone just before the problem started?  If so, remove that program (or whatever) to see if that fixes the sound.  If you didn't change anything....so the speaker does work for "Keypad Tones", but for very little else?  If you make a call, can you activate the Loudspeaker?  Check your Normal Profile (Control Panel -> Profiles -> Normal -> Options -> Customize) to make sure you have sounds listed.  Also check the settings in Control Panel -> Themes -> Audio Themes.

If all of this looks okay, maybe it's a driver problem?  My only suggestion is to back up your data and then do a hard reset (*#7370# , default password 12345).  If that fails, use Ovi Suite to reinstall the firmware.  If that still fails, get another phone!
