Original E5 main screen

Hi how do i get back to this. It is the one with the contacts along the top. I was messing around with it and hit an option called modes in the control panel and now the display is completely different and whatever I do I cannot get it back to the original one. Anybody any ideas as getting very frustrated.

menu ,settings .general ,personalise ,standby mode ,standby theme ,contacts bar .
