Hi,
Auto Profiles does not work for me. I have upgraded my firmware to ver 23.
When reached out to Nokia Email Care - receive a strange reply pasted at bottom. I fail to understand when the App has been provided by Nokia and why they are suggesting that the app is not recommended !!!
Follow up on Telephone at Nokia Care - i am recommended to uninstall the app & buy it from the ovi store!!
Can someone help ? I hope the experts like "Physcomania" on the forum read this and help me resolve.

I would reply to Nokia telling them that the software was pre installed and is not 3rd party as far as you are concerned - it is pre installed on many but not all E72's.

They are asking me to buy the app from Ovi Store when contacted on phone ! Thanks for your input & the link.
I do hope some experts on the forum will help me resolve.

Don't ya just love the responses from 'Customer DON'T Care' departments ![]()
I would forget Nokia for now and tell all to the vendors at support@symbianguru.com. Their web site is http://www.symbianguru.com. The latest version is 3.2 and is free for existing users which to me would mean you qualify for that if you don't already have that version.

hi
i have the same prob. the app was pre-installed, approx four weeks after purchase stopped working. doesnt open. the local nokia store doesnt know/ care. i didnt uninstall `cause i dont know if the re-install jar is available as freeware now, or i`ll have to pay to get it.some guru out there- can you help?
