Nokia, or Monika?

Nokia, or Monika?

Nokia maintains these forums, for which I and others are very grateful, although there have been frequent discussions expressing a desire for Nokia Tech Support to become involved actively.

So this struck me as amusing.  Before I post, I run the forum spell check.  "Nokia" is not recognized, and in its place "Monika" is suggested!

Re: Nokia, or Monika?

It is amusing that "nokia" isn't in the spell checker but nokia didn't make the board software.  It's provided by a company called "lithium" who are based in the US and use this board software for many customers.

You are also assuming that nokia tech support isn't directly involved here.  Just because you cannot see them with a nokia badge next to their name it doesn't mean that they are not here.

Re: Nokia, or Monika?

Thanks for the reminder!

The spell checker was introduced a few weeks ago in the latest version of the forum sw, and it certainly isn't working the way we want. So we are soon adding any mobile technology terms that are missing. And you can count on "Nokia" to be included :smileywink:
