Nokia Messaging and IM for Nokia not supported on Nokia E63

I have a Nokia E63 and I made a hard reset because it was frozen. I tried to setup the nokia messaging and install the IM for nokia but that was impossible because these apps are not compatible anymore. When I purchased the phone it was compatible with this apps,

why they are not compatible now? I really need them.
