Hi,
Hope this is in the right place.
I have been using Nokia email messaging for a while now but suddenly today it is asking me for a Password. I understand that this should be the password for the first email account that I set up on the E71. I have tried this as well as the password for the other account with no success.
I am looking for a suggestion for the next step, please?

Welcome to the Nokia forum!
If the password for the account doesn't let you back into your email, please contact your local care line where they can reset this password for you. All you need is your IMEI and/or email address you have configured on your phone. You can find your IMEI by entering *#06# into your phone.
You can find the phone number for your local care line by visting your local Nokia web page and clicking on the Support tab.
Once your password has been reset through our care line you will be able to get back into the email account as before.
