Nokia E71 battery and maps

Hi,

 

Can someone please tell me if its normal for my Nokia E71 battery to last only a day? I dont go on the net that much or keep my bluetooth and i always close all applications after use. Is my battery dead? The phone is less than a month old.

 

Secondly how do i download maps. I have downloaded the maps uploader and updater on my phone but each time i connect my phone it says no drives detected? Help, please!

When you want to download maps you need a memory card because these maps use large amounts of data.

nope this is not normal. Using my E71 for 2 months now. Syncing with Exchange 24/7. Lasts for a day or 4 easily.
