I encrypted the memory card , without saving the key.

Now it doesnt show tht the card is encrypted. but, I can see all the data being encrypted with un-readable formats...

I dont even get any option to decrypt in tools-> menu, tools->encryption or any where else .....

I badly need the data on the card ... please help...

 I had updated my E71 firmware to v400 and things were going good. Then the phone hanged up while running an application. There was nothing much to do - none of the keys were working, I could not switch off the phone etc. The only option was removing and putting back the battery, which I did. And then I tried my memory card and it gave "the card is corrupted message" . I switched off/on the mobile properly as well as removed and inserted back the card via the software. On inserting back the card the encryption message came up saying the card is encrypted and needs to be decrypted. But I never had encrypted the card. So I went through this forum and tried out the various suggestions to save myself from formatting the card. But nothing worked.        

So as last resort, I went to Tools > memory to format the card and got the options - remove the card and format the card. Selected the format option. The formatting dialogue box opens with the message formatting. But nothing seems to happen beyond that. It just remains like that and the progress bar is not advancing after 5 mins. The only ways I can exit from this is switch off/on the phone or remove the card. 

I had also tried using the card reader with my laptop, but the card is not even detected. However, when I tried another memory card with the card reader, that worked fine. The only way I see the card now is when it is in the phone and connected via USB as mass storage. When I try formatting via PC, it shows media not found. Also tried HP USB disk storage format tool while is mass storage mode. The card was detected but the same media not found issue on formatting.

Am in a total mess now. So any suggestions on how to get my 8gb sandisk card formatted and working?

my data on memory card after encrypt was lost but i check at memory card details that card on used, nybody help me to found back my data on memory card? the encryption make me problem and angry to me

how do i decrypt if my phone is off and when i switch on it asks for lock code but only certain numbers on keypad work. I dont remember my codes and the keypad doesnt function properly
