This is what I do not get: People who drive themselves into a rage about 'Nokia destroying' their phone, and 'Nokia not caring about their customers.' Then after two weeks of pointless anger, they finally do what they should have done in the first place -- contact a nokia care center, and have everything fixed in an hour.
If you like being angry, go ahead and complain about Nokia service not knocking on your door, asking you if your phone is working allright, or if you would like them to service it for you. But that is your choise, since contacting Nokia care would have handled this matter for you two weeks ago, and you could have gone on with your life. don't blame Nokia for it.
What bothers me most about this, is that this kind of thing is EXACTLY why they cannot take these customer complaints seriously. Because so many people are venting their rage against the world on these forums. And unfortunately the users who have REAL issuse with their phones get bundled with the lot. when you wrote that 'Nokia does not care' it is exactly because people of you -- why should they care? When you finally contacted them, it took an hour to get everything fixed. There is nothing more Nokia can possibly do for you, no matter how much they cared.
