Nokia E63 Language

Nokia E63 Language

I connected my Nokia E63 to the pc and the PC suit said that a new update i available so I intalled it, after that, my phone lost the languages that were installed on it, and now I only can write messages in english or another language that i don't know, and I really need the arabic language, why did it did that? please help
