Nokia E52 R.I.P - replacement question

I had my Nokia E52 for about 5 weeks now. The first phone I got did not even turn on and I sent it back. I then got another one which is the one I have now. It always kept crashing when it used to work and now it has finally died. It always crashed and I would remove the battery for a few seconds and it would switch back on, but now it will not turn on no matter what. I would ideally like to get a refund and buy an Apple Iphone now, does any know if the Nokia store in Regents Street London would be able to refund for this **bleep** phone as I dont want a 3rd one ???. If not what are the alternatives ??

In case you don't get your money back, you can opt to have it replaced with another unit of the same value (or several units of lower value) and sell them off without opening the box to avoid depreciation.

Just a thought mate.

Re: Nokia E52 R.I.P - replacement question

The only place you will get a refund from is where you bought it. So unless you bought it from the Nokia store, there is no way Nokia will give you a refund. Hope this helps mate :smileyhappy:
