It looks like the ' # ' option has been left out in the language set 21.01
SO MULTI-MARKING CAN NOT BE DONE
This version is meant for KOREA
I dont know if this is a mistake(firmware) or in the other case,
is NOKIA is differentiating Asian users from EU and US users.
Com'on Nokia dont all users want this functionality.
Then why is this feature shown in the specifications of E52 on Asian sites?
I hope NOKIA reads this and enables it in the firmware update which i HOPE COMES SOON

Yes. Have same thought in my mind.
Did nokia put some "mis-placed" survey on their mind?
That Asia people (Korean made Nokia E52) definitely doesn't require the "#" marking?
It's so strange and in term of software, sorry to be harsh, they do "software racism"?.
Please explain it to us, Nokia!!

I too am facing the same problem. But even after two firmware releases Nokia hasnt fixed this means they aren't going to.
Even after users give such detailed reports of bugs they dont bother to fix it.
So personally i think its time to move on to other better phones.
