My NOKIA E-63 HANDSET BATTERY GET DOWN FOR 5 HOURS CAPACITY

Recently i have purchased brand new Nokia 3G handset of E63 series, when it get trouble then i bring that to local nokia care centre, there mechanic has been upgraded the software without my knowledge and consent, then i lost all the valuable documents kept in my memory and phone data, my query and advices were not taken for the reason in upgrading software to an new version without my consent was an illegal.  Then after my nokia phone batter was very week, it gets down at every 4 -5 hours interval, also when switching for mobile TV then handset  battery  completely turns down then am not ably to enjoy mobile TV.  Before upgrading old version to new version without my consent earlier times although my nokia handset synchronizing about 120 more e-mails never getting down battery's strength.

 

Please ascertain reason for batter weakness at a gap of 4-5 hours after full charging .
