My E-52 wont recieve calls and there is a strange icon near the date

Hello ,

 

I think i made something by mistake in my nokia e-51 and now i see a red icon with a cross on it near the date ..

 

and i cant recieve any calls . when somebody calls me he finds me busy .

 

and im sure that it isnt the sim because i tried changing the sim card and it didnt work .

 

please help me .

You have not set it to Offline mode or something or set it to divert calls?

 

Try to diall *#7780# - reset to factory settings. This will not delete anything but reset the settings.
