Mobile dictionary can't install on E90

Hello all, I've been attempting to install mobile dictionary to my E90 from NSU's software download.
But for unknown reasons refuse to install, is there anyone who have experienced the same?
Does it has anything to do with region?

I did a google for download Mobile Dictionary and got many results.

to the OP, there is a new update on the E90's software, try to do it, and they try installing the dictionary again, perhaps it will work this time...

I wanted to install an Asian language dictionary to my E90 from NSU software download, but it seems like the E90 is unable to install it. Does this mean it's not compatible with E90?
