MailforExchange and task categories

Hi,

I'm pretty disappointed by the fact that MailforExchange does not seem to support Exchange categories for tasks. Checking the web showed that I'm not the only person who experiences this issue and feels about it this way.

At this moment my task list in Outlook is nearly 200 items long. This is manageable via multiple categories, similar to the GTD setup. My tasks are synced to my E71 but without categories. It's just not possible to keep track of my tasks in any usefull way as scrolling down 200 tasks every time is really not an option. The lack of this functionality really limits the usefulness of my E71.

So two questions:
1. Am I missing some vital thing which solves this issue?
2. If not, is there any way to get any attention of the development team of MfE to possibly get this on the nest feauture list?

TIA!

Re: MailforExchange and task categories

I have similar problems with the tasks handling, any ideas on how to work them around?

Task Categories: I have the same problem, and although I only have near 50 tasks, having them without categories really makes them complicated to work with. Any way to work it around?

Alarm and "Go To": As well, is there any way to get directly to the task after having it remind you with the alarm? Some of my tasks are to remember a list of steps or quick questions which I need to update when reminded.

Quick button to task list: is there any shortcut in order to get to the tasks list, such as it is to get to the calendar? I have been a palm user for years, and have learned to appreciate this feature, interestingly Nokia doesn't have it.

Any ideas on how to fulfill this small issues?
thanks,
