I have used Blackberries for the last 4 years and have now "upgraded" to a E72. I cannot get my business email through MfE. I have checked all the settings, I have confirmed the settings with my IT team and I have done everything recommended in previous posts. Any suggestions or should I reject the E72 and go back to Blackberry. If I can't get my business email this device is of neither use nor value to me.

What exactly is happening? What error messages (if any) are you getting? What is your firmware version, MfE version and Exchange Server version?

I implement all phones for my company, and sofar no problem with MFE with all the type-nokia's we use.
E72 is easy, cause MFE is pre-installed. With the good input it should work in an instant. So my feeling is that maybe you have not all the right settings from your IT-department

My personal email on btinternet works perfectly. I have gone through the se-up for MfE and it searches for email and shows "no messages". No error messages or anything else. Firware version is 22.007 and MfE 2.1.0. We use Exchange 2003.

you could start with upgrading to MFE 3.0.
we changed our exhange-server and all the phones that are on MFE2.x don't connect anymore due to a wrong certificate. when we upgrade the phones to MFE 3.0 there is no problem with the new exchange-server.
maybe that will help?

sorry, my earlier replay is not correct, mfe 3.0 is not for the E72. it has MFE 2.2.0
but it still works with us.
