Issue with E52 USB PIM sync with cable

Hi Am unable to do PIM sync through cable, but am able to using Bluetooth! Any advice would be appreciated. Tks. Details: - Win7, up to date - Ovi / PC Suites, up to date - Phone software - 051.018 - USB cable used: the micro USB supplied with phone - Did the firmware reflashing and *#7370# several times - Tried restarting the phone as well as my PC several times
