Intermittent MfE sync with E72

My E72 seems to only successfully sync intermittently (mostly when the phone is turned off and on). This is despite it being set to 'always-on'. Have checked the APN settings and connectivity and all seems to be fine.

Have read elsewhere that this might be a issue relating to certificates or suchlike. Can anyone provide any more info on this and how I can check?

Also, I don't have the option to change my sync whilst roaming setting. Is this because I'm in my 'home' network and therefore only becomes possible whilst roaming?
