Hi,
I have a similiar problem - I just received a replacement handset, and performed a backup from my previous one.
On my previous handset I had 'Roadsync' installed. Now I am using MFE instead, and not reinstalling Roadsync.
But, Roadsync is still shown in the 'Messaging' menu, with a big '?' next to it. I cannot remove it using the suggested procedure, as the software does not list it as present. However it is still there, with all the emails, all marked with '?'
How can I get rid of it completely? I repeat, using the procedure Messaging-Options-Settings-Email, I can't delete it, because it is not there! However, when I click 'Messaging' it is there, but cannot be deleted or altered.
What can I do??

I too am having a similar problem. I installed a yahoo account and then when I abroad I turned off the push email for a week. On my return, I could not get the email to download except in an encrypted format. I tried deleting and re-installing the accounts to fix the problems. The new accounts work, but there remain the old accounts, they won't synchronise and I cannot delete them. When I try to delete I am told there is a problem as they are not there. Does anyone have an answer to this problem?

1. Login to email.nokia.com
2. After login is COMPLETE, check the server name in the browser window
3. Enter the name EXACTLY to the "settings" ==> SELECT ACCOUNT ==> "account settings" ==> "account information" ==> "server name"
4. Select "Back" (It is the right key)
5. You will see some messages and after that the account is either functional or at least you can delete.
(THROUGHT THE FORUM, account deletion problems are most likely happening due to server changes where your account information is stored. It happened to me that when I first created the account, the server was different then what I found today (it was a different server), when I solved my problems). When email.nokia.com ACCOUNTS are not in sync with your PHONE ACCOUNTS, this is most likely the problem. I hope it will help many.
